Maker Planner terms of service

Effective November 3, 2026. These terms are between you (the Shopify merchant who installs Maker Planner) and Rogelio Lopez, doing business as Lopez Automation, Long Beach, California. By installing the app you agree to them.

The service

Maker Planner reads your Shopify orders and products and the planning data you enter, and shows which raw materials to reorder. It only reads your store; it never changes products, prices, orders or inventory, and it never contacts your suppliers or customers.

Price and billing

The app costs $19 USD every 30 days after a 14-day free trial, billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice. You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app, which stops the charges. Shopify's billing rules apply to charges made through Shopify.

Your data and how it is protected

Accuracy

Reorder suggestions are estimates based on your recent sales and the numbers you enter. Where the app cannot know something, it shows UNKNOWN instead of guessing. You decide what and when to order.

No warranty and limit of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, there is no liability for indirect or lost-profit damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of California. Questions: rogeliolopez2405@gmail.com.
